This is a temporary contract to cover a member of staff on maternity leave, expected to last 12 months from December 2026 - December 2027. At full capacity, we provide support for 10 individuals who enjoy a range of weekly 1:1 and group activities, from takeaway evenings to group cooking and baking, movie nights, and arts and crafts. The role will involve visiting people in their own homes, as well as across 2 of our services in Bradford, which are a 2-minute walk from one another. This a varied and rewarding role, and you will provide support in the following ways: Welfare checks for the people we support across 2 of our services Carrying out safety checks and raising any concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monthly key working sessions with the people we support, where you will set goals and help people work towards them.
