You will work collaboratively with service users, healthcare professionals, partner agencies, and community organisations to provide person-centred support, helping individuals achieve sustainable recovery and improve their overall wellbeing.   This is a fixed-term contract opportunity, ideal for an individual looking to develop their experience within the substance misuse and recovery sector while making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.   What you''ll need to succeed     Strong understanding of drug and alcohol misuse and experience working within a related sector.  Experience supporting vulnerable individuals within a person-centred framework.
