We are looking for an experienced and inspiring Recovery Community and Therapeutic Service Manager to lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of our Recovery Community and Therapeutic Service. This is a part-time role working 28 hours per week and is fully onsite at our Shoreditch hub. There is some flexibility around how the hours are worked across the week, although ideally Friday will be included as a working day. This is a key leadership role bringing together therapeutic support, aftercare, peer-led activity, volunteering, training and community engagement to create an integrated recovery journey.
