We''re looking for an experienced Recoveries Officer to manage delinquent, defaulted and impaired lending accounts throughout the recovery process. You''ll manage a varied portfolio across personal, commercial and asset finance, balancing commercial judgement, customer care and compliance to maximise recoveries, minimise losses and achieve fair customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and progressing delinquent and defaulted accounts. Contacting customers through telephone, email, letter, SMS and other approved channels. Assessing individual circumstances and determining appropriate recovery strategies. Negotiating repayment arrangements, settlements and sustainable resolutions.
