You will play a key part in supporting team performance and contributing to the overall success of the business.The RoleYou will take ownership of your own caseload, progressing matters efficiently while providing an excellent standard of service to clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Managing a high-volume caseload of litigated RTA recovery files in line with internal procedures and best practiceEnsuring the case management system is fully updated and accurately maintained at all timesUsing all appropriate communication methods to progress cases proactivelyProviding professional, timely and practical advice to clients, with regular contact and expectation managementTaking a commercial and pragmatic approach to negotiations and settlementSupporting the team to achieve and exceed targets (including recoveries and lifecycles) without compromising qualityLiaising effectively with sources, experts, insurers and third partiesThriving in a target-driven environmentUndertaking any other reasonable ..... full job details .....
