It is a fun, open plan environment that is based in Basingstoke, a company who are focused on service delivery and service excellence.The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Recoveries Department Manager. In this role you will lead and manage the Recoveries function, driving cost effective debt recovery and minimising company loss. You will manage a team of Recoveries Specialists and oversee processes that maximise funds recovered across the portfolio, including joint venture activities.Responsibilities will include• Lead and manage team performance, modelling the behaviours required to achieve department KPIs.• Ensure effective training, development and individual coaching of Recoveries Specialists, building a succession plan for future business needs.• Monitor, enhance and adapt the Recoveries strategy and processes in line with trends identified through internal and external data sources.• Collaborate with and challenge approved external collection agencies, tracing agents and solicitors to deliver effective, value for money services in line with agreed statements of work.• Ensure appropriate metrics and reporting are in place to measure and manage third party performance.• Embed and maintain a caseload monitoring process to ensure recoveries activities are conducted effectively and consistently across the team.• Project manage and ..... full job details .....
