The Recoveries Account manager will manage and oversee the recovery of outstanding accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolutions within the financial services industry. They prioritise customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and innovative financial solutions to support their diverse clientele.DescriptionThs role sits in a team of 10, managed and reporting to the Recoveries Manager. The team is responsible for managing all customer arrears >90 days, asset recovery and re-marketing, insolvency, litigation and fraud. This role is directly working on accounts >90 days to engage with customers for arrears resolution or preparing the accounts for termination and escalation in the recoveries team. You will need to work closely with internal sales teams, external brokers and vendors to keep them aware of the arrears situation and utilise their relationships with the customer to assist in the arrear''s collections process.
