Recoveries Account Manager - 6 Month FTC Salary £36,000-£40,000 DOE Hours of work 9am-5pm We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established Business Finance Provider supporting a wide range of UK sectors, including technology, transport, construction and medical. This role focuses on 60-90 day arrears collections and would suit someone with strong experience in asset finance or motor finance recoveries. The Role: Manage a portfolio of mid-stage arrears cases (60-90 days) Negotiate sustainable repayment plans with customers Review contracts and assess recovery options Liaise with internal teams to support recoveries and minimise risk Identify and manage vulnerable customers in line with compliance requirements About You: 2-3 years'' experience in collections, recoveries or bad debt Background in asset finance, leasing or motor finance Strong knowledge of consumer credit and contracts Confident communicator and negotiator Organised, resilient and able to work under pressure Working Pattern and Benefits: Full-time in office for first 2 months, then minimum 2 days per week in office (subject to performance) Pension Parking available 25 days'' annual leave (pro rata) Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
