Record to Report SME (12 Month FTC)

Job Description Sysco is currently recruiting for an ERP Record to Report SME to join the Sysco GB Technology, Strategy and Transformation team on a minimum 12-month fixed-term contract, reporting to the GB Market Lead. This role will play a critical part in the successful delivery of Sysco''s ERP transformation programme, ensuring the new ERP system is effectively integrated into business processes while supporting broader business transformation objectives across the GB business units.As the subject matter expert for the Record to Report workstream, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to ensure the ERP solution aligns with business requirements and supports best practice processes. You will help gather and document business requirements, support system design and configuration, and ensure standardisation and alignment with the wider Sysco European ERP template. Acting as a key link between the business and implementation teams, you will contribute to the successful delivery of process improvements, system enhancements and operational efficiencies through the ERP programme.A key aspect of the role will involve supporting business change and user adoption.
