Summary of the role: We''re looking for a Reconciliations Team Leader to join the Finance Operations function, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records across our Life andamp; Pensions portfolio. You''ll lead a team of five analysts, overseeing daily reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and month-end processes, while maintaining strong controls and compliance with regulatory standards. Please note, as this is a people leadership role the successful applicant will be supported to succeed in their new role through enrolment in the appropriate level of our Diligenta Leadership Step Pathway (subject to eligibility criteria), designed to drive quality and consistency across the organisation.
