The successful candidate will ideally have strong communication skills, previous experience working in a Bookkeeping position, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcoming customers and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerHandling incoming calls, directing enquiries appropriately, and providing assistance where requiredScheduling vehicle bookings and maintaining accurate recordsProcessing payments and preparing job documentation, including invoicesOrdering parts as requested by technical staffCompleting data entry tasks accurately using spreadsheet and office softwareSupporting general administrative functions such as filing, photocopying, and document organisationMaintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organised reception areaAssisting colleagues with clerical duties as neededHandling sensitive information with discretion and confidentialitySkills and ExperiencePrevious experience in a Bookkeeping positionCompetence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)Experience with data entry and general administrative tasks is advantageousStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectivelyProfessional and confident manner when dealing with phone calls and visitors If you ..... full job details .....
