Are you organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently? We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our industrial business in Gloucester.
This is a permanent, part-time role. Ideal for someone looking for dependable hours and a calm, focused work environment.

Location: Gloucester
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 09:00–15:00 (flexible to suit school runs or similar commitments)
Salary: £17,500 (based on 6-hour days with a 30-minute break)
Holidays: 18 Days Bank Holidays
Pension: 6% employer contribution


As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the company.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Receiving visitors
  • Scanning & Filing job past history
  • Scanning & Filing Delivery Notes
  • Scanning & Filing material certificates
  • General Filing
  • Organising Transport
  • Ordering Stationary
  • Managing Holiday forms
  • Reconciling monthly orders with delivery notes
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Receptionist/administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • great organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and positive approach to challenges.
