Opening in Summer of 2025, this new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level.The Position

We are looking for a confident Reception Host to join our opening team. The successful candidate will be friendly, well-presented and passionate about food, drink and hospitality. You will make sure the day to day running of reception is smooth and organised and your passion for great service will help you respond to guest queries in a timely manner, and actioning as required. Your attention to details is key, youll be following up any special requests related to reservations, recording any information about special requirements or preferences from our guests and using it to give the special touch to their experience.FULL TIME POSITIONIf you have the following, then we want to hear from you:?

Previous experience in a similar leadership role within a busy London restaurant.?

A high standard of personal presentation with a confident and welcoming personality.?

Have a strong working knowledge of mainstream reservations systems like Seven rooms.?

Exceptional manners, excellent written skills and a good command of English.?

Ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.?

Be a team player who is an avid learner and adaptable with an infectious smile.?
