Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist/Administrator
Location: Primarily based in Workington, with occasional cover required in Whitehaven
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 3 months
Hourly Rate: -13.00 - -13.50
We are currently seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join our client''s team. This is a vital front-facing role supporting individuals in recovery from addiction, requiring a compassionate, professional, and non-judgmental approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients with empathy and respect
- Managing incoming calls and recording accurate messages
- Entering data into internal systems with attention to detail
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- A Standard DBS check is required (you may be able to commence employment prior to its return)
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional resilience
- High level of organisation and reliability
