1st Step Solutions are working on behalf of a reputable Tier 1 Construction company that have an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their in a busy office in the heart of London.
You will have previously experience working in a similar role and a background in construction being desirable.
Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the building.
- Operate a booking system for the meeting rooms, managing the calendars and ensure specific requirements for their use are implemented, adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
- Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times & all meeting rooms are in order, as instructed.
- Work flexibly with other staff within the team and provide cover when necessary.
- Supporting the team with a variety of admin duties across various teams.
- Other reasonable activities, as requested by Line Manager/Senior staff.
