As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.Receptionist Key Responsibilities Managing the reception area and providing a professional first impressionAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsGreeting visitors and managing the sign-in/sign-out processHandling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional mannerCompleting administrative paperwork and forwarding information to the Technical DepartmentProcessing outgoing mail using the franking machine and TNT courier servicesGeneral administrative support as required Receptionist Candidate Requirements Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Customer Service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitaskConfident working independently and using initiativeProfessional, friendly and approachable mannerStrong problem-solving ..... full job details .....
