Receptionist - Weekends

Receptionist Handford House, Ipswich £12.21 per hour 12 hours per week (Weekends Only) - 9am to 3pm Are you a friendly and welcoming person who wants to help make a difference in people''s lives? Handford House provides a high standard of holistic nursing care provision to each individual living and staying at the home at all times. The home offers a warm, friendly, comfortable and safe environment and we promote and support personal choices and individual care at all times. What would a typical day look like? Supporting the effective running of the home by providing support to the home administrator and management team.Welcoming visitors and residents to the home, dealing with initial enquiries and managing correspondence.Diary management and arranging family show rounds for new residents, offering a professional and friendly environment. The role really enables you to bring out your organisation skills while working across a variety of tasks. Great communication and people skills with experience using Microsoft Office is essential. Experience is preferred but not essential as you will be supported with a thorough induction and training programme to develop your skills, along with the guidance of a well-established team, who will truly value and support you.
