Receptionist Gloucester 12.71 per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Temporary position with the potential to become permanentOur client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join their busy and professional office in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous reception, customer service or administration experience who enjoys providing excellent service and working as part of a supportive team.Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, your duties will include:Answering incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls to the appropriate personScanning incoming documents and correspondence onto the relevant client files (full training provided)Managing incoming and outgoing postMaintaining records and updating information on Excel spreadsheetsOrdering office stationery and suppliesProcessing client payments using a card payment machineProviding general administrative support to the wider teamDelivering a professional and welcoming reception serviceAbout YouThe successful candidate will be:Friendly, professional and customer-focusedConfident communicating with clients both over the phone and in personOrganised with excellent attention to detailComfortable using Microsoft Office, including ExcelAble to manage a varied workload and ..... full job details .....
