We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work with one of our prestige clients in the heart of London. The client is looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a service orientated attitude combined with a flair for pro-active problem solving to exceed all customers expectations. The position is working in the City of London working full time on the ground floor of building tenanted by our client. It will be on a temporary to permanent contract working on a rota of two different shifts including 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. While temporary you will be working on an hourly rate varying from £16.70ph - £18.70ph. Corporate Receptionist City of London 8am-5pm/9am-6pm Full Time Monday to Friday £16.70ph - £18.70ph Responsibilities: Ensure all tenants and visitors are greeted and given a warm welcome Provide an exceptional customer service experience to site tenants and visitors acting as a single point of contact for all enquiries they may have Efficient visitor/guest registration and notifying the hosts with the ability to remember the faces and names Issuing passes when registering while communicating building procedures and explain the health and safety and evacuation procedures to the visitors/guests Ensure all absences from the desk are covered so the desk is never left unattended Oversee and manage meeting room reservation diary and inbox ensuring reservations and enquiries get followed up as soon as possible To ..... full job details .....
