Managing the reception desk, switchboard, and directing incoming calls efficiently. Coordinating meeting rooms, bookings, and catering requirements. Handling incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries. Maintaining a tidy, organised, and presentable front-of-house area at all times.
