      <description>Location: Cheltenham | Salary: 10000-500000 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Temporary Receptionist Hours: circa 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday to Friday) Location: Gloucestershire Contract: Temporary -circa 6 weeks Pay rate: £12.71 per hour Reed are seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to support our client''s front-of-house operations on a temporary basis. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, so excellent communication skills and a personable, organised approach are essential. Key Responsibilities  Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments Provide administrative support, including filing, and document preparation Assist with office coordination tasks such as ordering supplies Maintain visitor logs and comply with health and safety procedures  Requirements  Previous experience in a customer service/reception environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)  Apply now to be considered</description>
