Receptionist Team Leader
A very exciting opportunity for a Reception Team Leader has come up to join a fantastic company based in Godalming! Our client is a specialist in their field, looking for an innovative and self sufficient person to lead and support a team and provide support across the business to their clients and customers. The Reception Team Leader will carry out the following duties: Be the first point of contact for all reception team enquires Have the ability to deal clients and sensitive information and requestsManage the team rota to ensure appropriate cover at all times Manage team holidays ensuring holiday and staff absenceAct as cover for the team when requiredManage the training and performance of the team and team membersCarry out informal meetings and escalation where necessaryTake responsibly for appraisals with support from HR teamProvide additional support to the reception teamCarry out general reception duties To be considered for the Reception Team Leader position you will:Have previous customer service experienceBe able to work well in a high pressure environmentMaintain excellent communication skills both verbally and writtenHave great IT knowledgeHave previous rota organising experience, this is essentialMaintain previous experience managing a teamHave a professional and friendly approachMaintain excellent time management and organisational skills This is a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Team Leader who is looking to join a great company!
