Search are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a welcoming office team in Aberdeen on a temp basis. This is a front-of-house role suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service.

M-F full time hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Coordinating appointments and maintaining meeting schedules
  • Supporting general administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy, organised, and presentable
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assisting with basic data entry and document management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
