Receptionist - Saturday Work

Job Title: Temporary Receptionist (Ongoing Assignment)
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:

- Every other Saturday (same hours)
- Training taking place this week

Start Date: 15th November

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a professional and reliable Receptionist to join our team on an ongoing temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming and efficient front-of-house service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing calls and emails
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- General administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling
- Supporting wider office functions as needed
- Opening up the building each morning and ensuring reception areas are tidy and presentable

Requirements:

- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently
