Receptionist
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
About the role:
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Head Office. As our Receptionist, you''ll be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, providing a warm, professional welcome while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. You''ll manage incoming calls and enquiries, maintain accurate records, support the wider management team with a range of administrative tasks, and help ensure the office operates efficiently. You''ll also maintain confidentiality at all times, follow security procedures, and carry out general clerical duties including filing, correspondence and photocopying, while contributing to a positive and welcoming environment.

About you:
As a Receptionist, you should have a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and prior experience as a Receptionist. Attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to stay organised and prioritise tasks. We are looking for a Receptionist with an excellent telephone manner who is approachable and courteous.
