We are looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk and office operations. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk and Visitor Experience Welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner, directing them appropriatelyPrepare refreshments for guests as requiredMaintain visitor logs and manage access passes/cardsKeep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable at all times Communication and Enquiries Answer and direct incoming calls efficientlyManage shared inboxes (including responding or redirecting queries promptly Mail and Deliveries Handle incoming and outgoing post, courier bookings, and special deliveries Administrative Support Provide general admin support (filing, scanning, printing, data entry, etc.)Assist with NDA management and ad hoc tasks for senior managementUpload staff timesheets as requiredSupport internal departments with administrative needsCoordinate meeting room bookings, including setup and cateringAssist with event coordination and logisticsMaintain staff intranet updates, noticeboards, and service records Office and Facilities Monitor and order stationery and office suppliesMaintain kitchen and breakout areas with stocked refreshmentsSupport office management tasks and supply coordinationManage ..... full job details .....
