From welcoming guests and managing enquiries to supporting building operations and resident services, you''ll be at the heart of a thriving community. What You''ll Be Doing Resident and Visitor Experience Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors. Deliver a professional, friendly, and welcoming service at all times. Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and via email. Support residents throughout their customer journey and help resolve issues efficiently. Leasing and Lettings Support Respond to prospective resident enquiries. Assist with apartment viewings and application processes. Support applicants through to move-in. Update property listings and assist with marketing activities. Contribute to reporting and market insights. Move-Ins, Renewals and Move-Outs Ensure applications meet compliance requirements.
