This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and highly organised individual with previous reception or switchboard experience who is confident managing a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role as the first point of contact for callers, ensuring calls are handled efficiently, professionally, and directed promptly to the appropriate department.
