      <description>Location: Witham | Salary: 12.71-12.71 Hourly | Type: Temporary | A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Receptionist to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for approximately 4 months, working Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm and paying  12.71 - 13.00 per hour.Your key duties in this Receptionist role will include but are not limited to:Welcome visitors, clients, suppliers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.Manage visitor sign-ins, security logs and health and safety inductions.Answer and screen incoming calls, directing enquiries to the relevant departments.Respond to emails and manage incoming post and courier deliveries.Coordinate meeting rooms, diaries, refreshments and catering for meetings and events.Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and assist with general office administration, including data entry, scanning and photocopying.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Previous experience in a Reception or Administration role.Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.Confident dealing with visitors, clients and suppliers.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise...</description>
