Receptionist
Pertemps Stoke are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client’s team in the ST6 area. This role will also involve some administrative duties, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and can handle multiple responsibilities. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities of this receptionist role:
- Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
- Assist with other tasks as required by the team
- Experience with Sage (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must hold a valid driving license and have access to transport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, well-organised, and detail-oriented
- Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
- Hourly rate: £11.44ph – This will be reviewed following a successful probationary period
