Part-Time Receptionist
We''re looking for a friendly and organised Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Wellingborough office. This is a crucial role, as you''ll be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
You''ll work three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact at the reception desk, greeting all visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Meet and greet clients, customers, and other guests, directing them appropriately.
- Manage the provision of refreshments (tea, coffee, water) for visitors and meetings.
- Take and manage sandwich/lunch orders for internal meetings or guests as required.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you''re a natural at making people feel welcome and comfortable.
- Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for your set working days.
- A proactive and helpful attitude, always willing to assist where needed.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., email, calendar management).
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is a plus, but not essential if you have the right attitude and skills.
