The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.Roles and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.Greet and check in visitors and contractors, ensuring site security and compliance procedures are followed.Maintain visitor logs and issue passes as required.Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling correspondence.Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating refreshments when required.Support office teams with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Ensure reception and common areas are tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
