We are looking for a friendly, professional and approachable Front of House Receptionist to join our team in Cheadle (SK8) on an initial 1-month contract, with the potential for the role to be extended.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and confident in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors, clients and guests in a warm and professional manner
• Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept presentable
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Responding to general enquiries and providing information where appropriate
• Managing appointments, visitors and meeting room bookings
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Supporting general administrative and front-of-house duties
• Liaising with colleagues and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of reception
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at all times

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable and professional
• Confident communicating with people face-to-face and over the telephone
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
• IT literate and confident using basic computer systems
• Previous reception, front-of-house, customer service or administrative experience is desirable but not essential
