A well known university with two campuses based in Cardiff. This campus has parking but is not easily accessible via public transport.
Your new role
- Provide a professional and efficient switchboard service, responding to internal and external calls
- Welcoming visitors to campus and maintaining accurate visit logs
- Support with general enquiries, taking and relaying messages, issuing access cards and keys
- Process vehicle bookings and visitor parking
- Assisting with events
What you''ll need to succeed
- Excellent understanding of how to provide superb customer care, supporting enquiries in a courteous, helpful and informed manner.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Clear communication skills written, over the telephone and in-person, able to interact with, and manage the expectations of a variety of service users.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience of answering and transferring telephone calls.
- Must be able to work 12:30pm to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
