This is a fabulous contract opportunity to work in a wonderful private members club in Mayfair.We have worked with this client for many years and it is a wonderful place to work :o)You will be part of a dedicated team who meet and greet and assist the members who you will get to know.Job DescriptionTo meet and greet all members and guests on entering the ClubTo host the restaurant and lounges and assist with drinks serviceTo ensure the in-house Guests are shown to their bedroom.To introduce the bedroom and present its main features to the guests staying overnight.To present and offer concierge services to our Members.To actively upsell bedrooms when required.To actively promote the Club''s private areas and outlets.To answer all incoming calls in a professional manner and to direct them to the relevant departments or take messages to be relayedTo ensure exceptional levels of customer service at all timesTo ensure that all restaurant enquiries are dealt with professionally and any special requests are communicated To ensure all the shoe polish, pressing and dry cleaning enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficientlyTo communicate fully with the housekeeping team when a Member is leaving the Club in order to allow them to access the bedroom.To ensure total confidentiality with regard to all Members and guests profiles and requirements and to protect them from the mediaTo ensure all guests are accommodated, according to Club standardTo become fully conversant with all Front ..... full job details .....
