Managing appointments, meeting rooms and incoming calls. Assisting with meeting room set up and the provision of refreshments. Ensuing the reception and common areas are tidy and presentable. Handling incoming/ outgoing mail and deliveries. Copying, printing and scanning documents when requested. Providing general administrative support to the legal teams. Assisting fee-earners and support staff with ad-hoc projects. Applicant Criteria Required skills and experience: Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Organised and methodical approach with a keen eye for detail. Positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
