Full-time, Permanent

Hours

: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 7 AM to 7 PM)

Main responsibilitiesEnsuring a memorable and seamless journey through engagement and innovation for all key stakeholdersDelivering a friendly and prompt response to incoming telephone and email inquiriesManaging email communications with professionalism and efficiencyAccurately recording booking details in the room reservation systemUnderstanding room capacities, facilities, and setup options to optimise meeting spaceFamiliarising yourself with hospitality offerings in client meeting areas, including restaurant and private dining menusCollaborating effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
