Receptionist, Middlesbrough Salary up to 30,000 depending on experience My client is a thriving manufacturing company who is currently enjoying a strong period of growth. They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Receptionist to join their team. This is a professional, friendly, and highly organised role that is to be the first point of contact for their Teesside based office. This role is key to ensuring a positive experience for visitors, clients, and internal teams, balancing administrative tasks with excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously. Greet visitors, ensure they are comfortable, and provide assistance as required. Manage booking of meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, including any light refreshments that may be required. Coordinate and arrange catering/lunches for client and internal meetings. Maintain a tidy and organised front desk and reception area. Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests as needed to support the team.
