This is an excellent 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.As the first point of contact for employees, customers, contractors, and visitors, you''ll provide a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the HR team with a range of administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities Welcome employees, visitors, customers, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner.Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.Handle incoming and outgoing post.Respond to general enquiries or direct them to the relevant person.Provide general administrative support, including electronic filing and document management.Monitor the HR inbox, responding to or forwarding emails as appropriate.Record employee absences on the HR system.Produce weekly HR reports to support the People and Culture team.Coordinate Occupational Health administration, ensuring employees attend scheduled health surveillance appointments.
