Receptionist

Our client based in Egham are seeking a Receptionist to come and join their team for 3 weeks on a temporary basis.

You will be the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a warm welcome and ensuring top customer service is provided to all customers. We are looking for an individual with previous and recent reception experience, a multi tasker with good solid communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities are, however are not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Providing a warm welcome into the office
• Updating records
• Assisting the wide team with any Admin duties that are required
• Managing and book in appointments
• Inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy throughout the day

End Date: Friday 24th July

Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
