Receptionist£13.00phHatfield8am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch - fully onsiteTemporary ASAP Start We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a prestigious automotive Centre, providing an exceptional welcome and hospitality experience to every customer who walks through the door. The role Meet and warmly welcome customers and visitors Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality Offer refreshments and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas Keep the coffee station fully stocked and presentable Load and unload the dishwasher and keep kitchen areas clean and tidy Ensure customer-facing areas are consistently maintained to a high standard Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties Ensure every customer receives professional and welcoming experience About you Candidates must be flexible to work weekends (Saturdays) Professional, warm and naturally hospitable Experienced within hotel reception, hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment Confident communicating with customers and colleagues Fluent / highly proficient in English Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working to very high standards Naturally proactive and able to keep themselves occupied during quieter periods Confident answering the telephone and ..... full job details .....
