A well-established property company is seeking an experienced Temporary Receptionist to provide holiday cover and ensure the smooth running of a busy front-of-house function. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, personable, and organised individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and can hit the ground running. Based in Salford Quays, Manchester 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Your new role

• Managing a busy reception area and welcoming visitors
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Handling emails and general enquiries
• Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor bookings
• Providing administrative support to the wider team
• Maintaining a professional and organised front-of-house environment

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous reception experience is essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
