Receptionist
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to join a busy facilities operations team on a large commercial site. This is an ongoing temporary position offering regular weekly work.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Managing incoming calls and enquiries
  • Signing visitors in and out of site
  • Handling administrative duties and data entry
  • Managing meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
  • Supporting the wider facilities team with general office administration
  • Maintaining a professional and organised reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
