This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an organisation, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the reception desk and welcoming visitors to siteActing as a key point of contact for the office and directing enquiries appropriatelySupporting office events, including community engagement, health and safety initiatives, and workplace experience activitiesWorking closely with the Workplace Experience Lead to support office operationsEscalating office and facilities-related issues where requiredParticipating in monthly Workplace Experience team meetingsProviding local support with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) activitiesAssisting with the rollout of new workplace technologiesCoordinating planned and reactive maintenance works, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and coffee machine servicingSupporting office renovations and building improvement projectsManaging access control administration where requiredArranging courier deliveries and collectionsSetting up meeting rooms and ensuring they remain clean and presentable ..... full job details .....
