Since their establishment over 160 years ago, they have become a household name within a number of high-profile industries including Oil and Gas and Power Generation, and now employ over 15,000 people across 180 facilities world-wide.This organisation is currently searching for a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.Based just a few miles from the M1 and M62 motorways in LEEDS, the successful Receptionist will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns and cities including Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Pontefract, Castleford, Selby, Wetherby, Dewsbury and Halifax.Key responsibilities of the Receptionist will include:Answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, including effective use of the internal switchboard.Greeting visitors in a welcoming manner and ensuring that arrival and departure procedures are metGeneral administration and making travel arrangements for visitors as and when required Working Hours of the Receptionist: 37.5 Hours per week, across a Monday to Friday pattern:08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday In return, the Receptionist will receive:Renumeration: Up to 15.89 per hour ( 31,000.00 per annum pro-rata)Holiday ..... full job details .....
