Be a part of it.We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist with a passion for making a difference to others.You will be working Full time (37.5 hours per week) at Cygnet Hospital Bierley.Working on a rolling rota covering 5 days out of 7 including alternative weekends (Hours to be discussed at interview)Cygnet Hospital Bierley provides a range of acute and low secure mental health services for men and women.The hospital is set across four wards offering single-sex male and female specialist mental health services. All our services are provided under the umbrella of a recovery orientated approach and are reviewed through the CPA framework.You will be responsible for helping provide a safe, welcoming environment for colleagues, visitors and the people in our care.Your Day-to-Day • Provide a professional, welcoming reception experience• Greet visitors and notify the appropriate member of staff of their arrival• Ensure visitors sign in and out, and that patients leaving and returning are recorded appropriately• Answer and transfer all incoming calls and take messages where appropriate• Sort and distribute post, and assist with general office duties as required• Keep the reception area clean and tidy• Promote the safety and security of all site users and ensure all staff comply with security protocols.You are ..... full job details .....
