Receptionist - 6 Month FTC

We are on the lookout for an organised, friendly, and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with people. Our client, a well-known and industry leading company, is currently seeking a Receptionist to join them on a 6-month FTC at their offices in Warwick. As the face of their office, this role will be responsible for delivering exceptional service as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, alongside supporting their team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Greeting all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answering and directing incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Managing the reception area and maintaining a tidy, welcoming space
  • Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring they are processed promptly
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • A professional and positive attitude
