Our client, a reputable accountancy firm in Kendal, is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to join their team for a two-week period! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment while providing top-notch service to clients.

Position Details:

• Contract Type: Temporary
• Hourly Rate: -13.50
• Contract Length: 2 weeks
• Start Date: September 15, 2023
• End Date: September 26, 2023
• Hand Over: 2 hours on Friday, September 12 (AM or PM)

Working Hours:

• September 15-19: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• September 22-26: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and forward incoming phone calls with a smile!
• Take messages when necessary to ensure smooth communication.
• Meet and greet clients warmly as they arrive at reception.
• Process card payments, both over the phone and in person.
• Prepare and serve drinks to clients, adding a personal touch to their experience.

What We''re Looking For:

• A cheerful demeanour and professional attitude.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organised.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not essential.
