What you''ll be doing:
As the first point of contact for clients, customers, and visitors, your role is to create a warm and professional welcome. You''ll manage the reception area, direct enquiries, and support various administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in processes
* Answering and redirecting incoming calls and emails
* Managing meeting room bookings and preparing for appointments
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
* Supporting departments with basic admin duties where required

What we''re looking for:
You''ll need to be polished, proactive, calm under pressure, someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and loves working in a people-facing role.
To succeed in this role, you''ll need:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email, calendars)
* A can-do attitude and flexible approach to tasks
