We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist to join a prestigious Leeds City Centre office. This is a key front-of-house role where you''ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring they receive a warm, professional, and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
Covering the reception desk at all times, greeting clients and visitors, and ensuring they are well looked after.
Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are promptly forwarded to the right person.
Receiving and managing incoming post and packages, notifying recipients as required.
Maintaining tidy and welcoming reception areas, ensuring literature is up to date and available.
Coordinating meeting room bookings, preparing rooms, providing refreshments, and assisting with stationery.
Supporting video conferencing/Zoom meeting set-up.
Managing bookings and refunds for taxis and trains, along with national and international courier arrangements.
Booking and monitoring parking spaces.
Supervising meeting rooms and liaising with IT.
Handling client enquiries and directing them appropriately.
Assisting with the training of reception cover staff.
Working with Knowledge Management to support in-house training days and events.
Ordering catering for client meetings, breakfasts, and lunches.
Supporting new joiner set-ups and welcoming them on their first day.
Providing cover for the General Office when required.
